Why Spacial Layout Matters

As designers, we consider the client’s immediate needs and desires, as well as how the space will function for future owners. Although some people might stay in their home for 25 years, not everyone spends their entire lives in one home, so ensuring that a design has broad appeal and can adapt to different needs is a worthwhile consideration to making a wise investment. Ultimately, spatial layout is about creating spaces that are not only beautiful, but highly functional.
